We will hold our monthly meetings on the second Thursday of the month at 11 am (see below). Meetings will be held at Coatbridge Indoor Bowling Club, Quarry St, Coatbridge ML5 3PU until further notice.

Welcome to our new 2 hour meeting format!

October’s meeting will include input from: Maddy Thompson, Lead Scotland, M: 075333 01769, E: mthompson@lead.org.uk.  She will help the group with their digital equipment and computer skills and this service can also be provided in our homes if required.

During the meeting, Maddy will also be able to advise and hopefully solve some of our digital problems – have your questions ready.

The second half of the meeting Mick Gallagher will be attending.  Mick currently provides the Bowling Club with alternative therapies. He will provide us with seated chair yoga and simple breathing exercises and movement 

Everyone with pulmonary fibrosis/ILD, carers, family, or friends are very welcome to attend.
